Automatic capping machine
LOGICAP LCM-5 capper is a fully automatic single head pick and place capping machine. It is a very versatile machine that can handle a large variety of cap and bottle sizes and shapes. It will automatically unscramble and feed caps, and apply them to a container via acurate magnetic clutch system.
Suitable for Food, Pharmaceutical, Oil, Cosmetic or Chemical industries.
Our machines have been designed to effortlessly integrate to any production line. Removable guarding allows the machine to slide under any existing conveyors without the need to modify or cut them. Alternatively the capper can be supplied with a built in conveyor.
LCM-5 has been designed to be easy and quick to changeover between different bottle and cap sizes. It can run at speeds of up to 40 bottles per minute.
